This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, handled, and delivered, as well as the estimated time frames and shipping fees associated with your purchase.

1. Shipping Locations

Funky Toys currently ships orders to:

United States

Canada

We do not currently offer international shipping outside these destinations.

2. Order Processing and Handling Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team carefully prepares your items for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Orders submitted after our daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed before the following local times to be processed the same or next business day:

United States Orders: before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Canadian Orders: before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)

Orders placed after these times will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time for United States:  4–15 business days  

Handling Time: 1–2 business days    

Transit Time: 3–13 business days

 

Estimated Delivery Time for Canada:  4–11 business days  

Handling Time: 1–2 business days  

Transit Time: 3–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.

5. Shipping Costs

We believe in clear and transparent pricing with no hidden fees:

United States: Flat-rate shipping fee of $8.99 USD on all orders

Canada: Flat-rate shipping fee of CAD$19.99 on all orders

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

6. Carriers and Tracking

Funky Toys partners with reliable national carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with full details to monitor your shipment.

7. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If your order experiences a delay beyond the estimated time frame, please contact our support team for prompt assistance.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Funky Toys ensures all customs declarations are completed accurately to help minimize potential delays.

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Funky Toys is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
